We offer a world class delivery service by partnering with a reputable courier to deliver your order directly to your door. Alternatively, we can deliver to a store near you if you select the Click and Collect option on checkout. This allows you to shop anywhere, at any time, at your convenience.
WE DELIVER FREE IN SOUTH AFRICA ON ALL ORDERS OVER R 750
If your order value is less than R 750, the delivery fee will be confirmed at the final order confirmation stage.
We have a central warehouse in Johannesburg and stores nationwide, which allows us to process your order as efficiently as possible, meaning delivery of your order will take between 3 – 7 working days. Please note however that during Sales and Special Events delivery may take up to 10 working days. If we anticipate that delivery will take longer than this, we will contact you to let you know. All orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. Deliveries are only made to valid addresses within South Africa, on business days only (which excludes Saturdays and Sundays).
You or a person authorised to accept delivery on your behalf, must be available during normal business hours at the delivery address specified in the Order Confirmation ("Delivery Address"). Any person accepting delivery of the Products may be required to produce a form of identification.
If we are unable to deliver your order within 15 days of your receipt of an Order Confirmation, we will contact you either process refund immediately or arrange to deliver another product, to the same value.
CLICK AND COLLECT
We offer a click and collect service, this gives you the option to collect your purchase from one of the stores listed below within 3 – 7 days from placing your order. You will be contact once your parcel arrives at your selected store.

Once your order has been shipped by our courier company you will receive an email and sms confirmation providing full shipping details, as well as a tracking number. Your tracking number will need to be presented at the selected click and collect store, when collecting your parcel.
